Millbrook Proving Ground FAQ

Do I use my car on the PDC?

No, Aston Martin provide the relevant car (V8 Vantage Manual Coupe, V8 Vantage Sportshift Coupe, DB9 Touchtronic Coupe, DB9 Manual Sportspack Coupe, DBS Manual Coupe, DBS Automatic Coupe and V12 Vantage Manual Coupe) prepared especially for the event. Please be aware these cars will be RHD only.

2) How long does the day last?

The course starts at 09.30 at Newport Pagnell Aston Martin where you will meet your instructor for the day. From here your instructor will drive you over to Millbrook Proving Ground, Bedford a short 20 minute drive. The day will finish at approximately 16.00.

3) How much does the Performance Driving Course cost?

The cost of the course is £1,140.00 which includes VAT
There is an additional charge of £35 for any guests that attend.

4) How often do courses run?

PDCs take place on weekdays and a maximum of five courses can run on any day.

6) Please recommend transfer companies in the area?

We recommend that you ask your hotel at the time of booking to arrange any transportation requirements.

7) Can I bring a guest?

We do not recommend that you bring a guest as there is very little to see or do once the driver is out on the track, any guests would have to stay in the confines of the Aston Martin Clubhouse, but would be able to take lunch with you.

8) Are there any age restrictions?

You would need to be over the age of 18 (to gain access to the Proving Ground) and have a full and valid driver’s licence.

9) Can I co-ordinate my trip with a Factory Tour?
